As the dust settles on another thrilling season, Aberavon Rugby Club is proud to highlight the standout performers across key statistical categories. These figures reflect the hard work, determination, and skill of the players throughout the campaign.
Top Try Scorers
Leading the charge in try-scoring was Cori Lewis Jenkins, crossing the whitewash an impressive 16 times. He was followed by Luke Davies with 8 tries, while Felix Gilbert secured third with 7.

Top Ball Carriers
In terms of carrying the ball into contact and gaining ground, Ashton Evans led the way with a mammoth 212 carries. Shay Smallman claimed second spot with 122, and Gwilym Evans was close behind with 118.

Total Tackles
Defensively, Gwilym Evans was a force to be reckoned with, topping the tackle count with 154. Ashton Evans wasn’t far behind with 147, and Shay Smallman again featured among the top performers with 94.

Turnovers Won
Gwilym Evans continued to shine on the defensive side, finishing with a remarkable 36 turnovers won. Joint second were Shay Smallman and Ashton Evans, both with 17, while Rhys Thomas rounded out the top three with 15.

Linebreaks
Cori Lewis Jenkins added another accolade, leading the linebreaks chart with 14. Frankie Jones followed with 8, and Felix Gilbert once again featured with 7.

Offloads
Creativity and continuity in attack were showcased by Scott Delnevo, who topped the offload category with 21. Gwilym Evans wasn’t far behind with 20, and Felix Gilbert completed the top three with 19.

These individual achievements reflect the strength in depth and all-round contributions across the squad.
